Thumper
Veterinary
Staffing

Experienced remote support for the work that can be handled away from the clinic—so your on-site team has more room to focus on patients, clients, and the work that needs to happen in person.

Thumper’s Relaunch Is Coming!

We’re excited to share that Thumper is continuing its restructure and preparing for its next chapter.

Although much of our behind-the-scenes preparation is complete, our official relaunch remains pending legal counsel and other applicable professional reviews.

We’re not yet accepting new paid partnerships or activating services, but eligible veterinary facilities and prospective contractors are welcome to submit their information for future consideration.

The Founder will personally review and maintain inquiries and applications during this preparation period. We may contact interested parties when further information or next steps become available.

Submitting information does not guarantee a partnership, contractor approval, assignment, employment opportunity, future service availability, or a launch date.

Thank you for your continued interest and patience as we prepare for Thumper’s next chapter.

Why TVS Exists

Veterinary teams can become so buried in the work happening inside the Facility that it is easy to overlook how much of the daily workload can actually be handled remotely. Patient care and client needs stay at the center, but phones, scheduling, messages, records, billing, inventory, and day-to-day follow-up keep moving too.

TVS helps identify the responsibilities that do not have to stay on-site and shifts appropriate work to qualified remote support professionals. That can help lighten the load on the Facility team while keeping hands-on care, medical decisions, and responsibilities requiring physical presence where they belong.

TVS offers remote support across four service categories. What is available for each Facility depends on the support needed, approved scope, location, and the qualifications and availability of Contractors.

Designed for Veterinary Teams

CORAL
Client Communication & Front-Office Support

Scheduling, reception, client communication, front-office workflows, and related support.

TURQUOISE
Medical-Support & Back-Office Support

Medical-support, documentation, coordination, pharmacy-related, and back-office workflows performed within the Contractor’s credentials, legal authority, Facility requirements, and approved Assignment scope.

GREEN
Administrative Support

Administrative and operational support, including billing, inventory and purchasing, staffing coordination, and related workflows.

PURPLE
Specialty Support

Spanish and French language support, payroll timekeeping, and social media support.

Built Around Real Partnership

Remote support works best when everyone understands what the Assignment includes, where the boundaries are, and how to communicate when something changes.

Strong remote support also takes more than completing a list of assigned tasks. Contractors need enough experience in the area they are supporting to understand how the workflow moves, anticipate reasonable next steps, and take appropriate initiative without waiting to be told every routine thing—while still respecting the Facility’s processes, the accepted Assignment scope, and any medical, legal, or credential boundaries.

TVS builds each partnership around the Facility’s actual needs, a clearly defined scope, open communication, and respect for both the Facility and the independent Contractor.

Planned Service Process

This describes the intended process after relaunch approval. During prelaunch, eligible facilities may submit inquiries for future consideration; paid partnerships and service assignments are not being activated.

1. Explain What You Need

Complete the Facility Partnership Inquiry and tell us where your team needs support.

2. Review Your Support Plan

TVS reviews the request and outlines the proposed service scope, pricing, and setup based on your Facility’s needs.

3. Match & Confirm Setup

If the Facility and TVS decide to move forward, TVS coordinates matching and the required setup. Any Contractor must separately accept the Assignment before work begins.

4. Begin Support After Required Approvals

Work begins only after TVS confirms in writing that the approved Assignment is ready to begin.
