Active Support Membership
Active Support Membership supports the ongoing administrative and service relationship between TVS and each participating physical Facility Location.
Each physical Facility Location receiving approved TVS Contractor services generally maintains its own Active Support Membership in Good Standing unless TVS approves a different written multi-location arrangement.
Contractor service hours are billed separately.
Prelaunch information: This page describes the proposed commercial framework for future TVS services. Pricing and membership terms remain subject to applicable legal, accounting and professional review. TVS is not accepting paid partnerships, activating memberships or collecting service payments during this preparation period.
Weekly Active Support Membership Pricing
0 Active hours: $9
1–10 Approved Billable Hours: $9
11–20 Approved Billable Hours: $19
21–30 Approved Billable Hours: $29
31–40 Approved Billable Hours: $39
41–50 Approved Billable Hours: $49
Each additional 10-hour tier adds $10.
The weekly tier is based on the combined Approved Billable Hours of all Contractors serving the same physical Facility Location during that billing week.
Membership by Facility Location
Membership is generally maintained separately for each participating physical Facility Location.
Locations do not automatically share one Membership simply because they have the same owner, brand, corporate group, Billing Contact, payment method, or one or more Contractors.
A different multi-location Membership or billing arrangement must be approved by TVS in writing.
Approved Billable Hours from separate physical Facility Locations are calculated separately unless an approved written multi-location arrangement expressly provides otherwise.
Zero-Hour Active Weeks
An active Facility Location is still subject to the $9 minimum weekly Membership fee when zero Approved Billable Hours are recorded.
A zero-hour week does not automatically pause Membership.
Formal Pause
If a Facility temporarily does not need active Contractor services, it may request a Formal Pause.
Membership fees stop only after TVS confirms the Formal Pause in writing. No active Assignment may continue during a Formal Pause.
A Formal Pause does not guarantee immediate reactivation, immediate Contractor availability, the same Contractor, or preservation of previous pricing, schedule, or Assignment terms.
What Membership Does Not Guarantee
Membership supports the active relationship with TVS, but it does not guarantee Contractor availability, a specific Contractor, a minimum number of hours, emergency or uninterrupted coverage, acceptance of every request, or a particular business, staffing, financial, clinical, client, or patient outcome.
Membership does not replace the applicable service agreement and does not include Contractor service hours in the Membership fee.
