Partner With TVS
Experienced remote support built around the work your Facility actually needs help with.
TVS partners with veterinary and approved animal-care organizations that need qualified remote support within a clearly defined scope.
Prelaunch information: Eligible facilities may submit an inquiry for future consideration. TVS is preparing for relaunch, pending legal counsel and other applicable professional reviews. New paid partnerships and service assignments are not being activated during prelaunch, and an inquiry does not reserve coverage or a start date.
Who We Support
TVS may work with a wide range of veterinary and approved animal-care organizations, including:
General veterinary practices, clinics, and hospitals
Emergency and urgent-care veterinary Facilities
Specialty, referral, surgical, dental, and rehabilitation practices
Mobile, house-call, large-animal, equine, exotic, and avian practices
Low-cost, community-medicine, nonprofit, vaccine, and spay/neuter organizations
Animal shelters, rescues, humane organizations, and animal-welfare nonprofits
Grooming, boarding, daycare, training, and behavior organizations
Approved pet-service, transportation, concierge, and in-home animal-care organizations
Aftercare, cremation, aquamation, memorial, and related pet-loss service providers
Veterinary education organizations and multi-location veterinary groups
Other approved animal-care Facilities whose needs fit TVS’s remote-support model
At launch, Facility partnerships are not available to organizations located in Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or West Virginia.
Availability also depends on the requested work, applicable requirements, Contractor availability, and TVS’s current capacity.
Why Partner With TVS
The goal is not simply to place someone behind a computer and call it support.
TVS looks for experienced Contractors who can learn the Facility’s workflows, communicate clearly, recognize reasonable next steps, and work independently within the boundaries of the accepted Assignment.
The Facility still controls its medical decisions, on-site operations, policies, systems, and responsibilities that require physical presence.
Planned Services
Coral
Client Communication & Front-Office Support
Scheduling, reception, client communication, front-office workflows, and related support.
Turquoise
Medical-Support & Back-Office Support
Medical-support, documentation, coordination, pharmacy-related, and back-office workflows performed within the Contractor’s credentials, legal authority, Facility requirements, and approved Assignment scope.
Green
Administrative Support
Administrative and operational support, including billing, inventory and purchasing, staffing coordination, and related workflows.
Purple
Specialty Support
Spanish and French language support, payroll timekeeping, and social media support.
Service availability depends on the Facility’s needs, approved scope, Contractor qualifications and availability, location, and applicable requirements.
Remote support does not replace hands-on patient care or responsibilities requiring an appropriately licensed professional acting within applicable authority.
Pricing
There is not one flat Facility rate because every Facility’s needs and requested support are different.
Pricing may depend on the service category, scope, complexity, expected volume, required qualifications, Facility location, specialty requirements, implementation needs, and other relevant Assignment factors.
Your exact pricing is confirmed in writing before an approved Assignment begins.
Facility Readiness
Before an Assignment begins, the Facility should be prepared to provide the workflows, procedures, system access, communication channels, escalation contacts, orientation, and authorized contacts needed for the Contractor to perform the accepted work.
Responsibilities requiring physical presence remain with the Facility or another appropriate on-site provider.
Facility FAQ
-
TVS considers approved veterinary and animal-care Facilities whose needs fit the remote model, current service scope, launch geography, and operational capacity.
-
Yes. TVS’s current services are designed to be performed remotely. Responsibilities requiring physical presence remain with the Facility or another appropriate on-site provider.
Depending on the Assignment, video may be used for introductions, orientation, training, huddles, or other Assignment-related meetings. Continuous camera-on surveillance is not TVS’s standard remote-support model.
-
No. TVS works with independent Contractors, not employees of the Facility or TVS.
A Facility may request support or provide feedback about a potential match, but individual Assignment opportunities are offered through TVS and the Contractor decides whether to accept or decline before the Assignment begins.
-
No. An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, matching, Contractor availability, hours, coverage, pricing, timing, or results.
-
You do not need to have every detail figured out before contacting TVS.
As the partnership moves forward, the Facility should be prepared to provide the secure system access, workflows or SOPs, communication channels, escalation contacts, Facility-specific orientation, and authorized contacts needed for the accepted Assignment.
TVS can work with the Facility to identify which workflows may be appropriate for remote support, but the Facility remains responsible for its policies, medical authority, and onsite responsibilities.
-
Contractors do not independently diagnose, prescribe, establish treatment plans, make final medical decisions reserved for licensed Facility personnel, or work outside their credentials, legal authority, Facility rules, or approved Assignment scope.
-
Yes. Approved Coral Assignments may include phones, scheduling, messages, client communication, intake, follow-up, and other approved front-office workflows.
Contractors may be qualified for more than one role within a service category. Eligibility for each role and its duties is documented through TVS’s qualification process and should not be described as automatic solely because a Contractor holds a higher position on the category ladder.
-
Yes. Approved Spanish or French language support may be available when a qualified Contractor is formally assigned that responsibility.
Depending on how often the Facility needs language support, it may be arranged as standalone PRN/as-needed Purple support or as a documented language-support responsibility added to an appropriate primary Coral, Turquoise, or Green Assignment.
A Facility may also request PRN language support when an unexpected need comes up, subject to qualified Contractor availability and acceptance.
Speaking another language by itself does not authorize regulated medical or legal interpretation or another regulated service.
-
Approved standardized Purple work may include Social Media Support Professional or Payroll Timekeeping Coordinator responsibilities.
-
Contractors learn the Facility’s workflows, recognize reasonable next steps, and handle in-scope work without waiting for every routine task to be assigned. They must stay within their authority and escalate when needed.
-
Timing depends on the requested scope, matching, agreements, access, orientation, and other setup requirements.
The Contractor must accept the Assignment, and work begins only after TVS provides written confirmation that the approved Assignment is ready to begin.
-
Weekend, holiday, and other after-hours coverage may be available depending on the Assignment, qualified Contractor availability, and Contractor acceptance.
TVS can also work to identify PRN/as-needed support when an unexpected coverage need comes up, but immediate or replacement coverage cannot be guaranteed.
TVS is not an emergency veterinary service and does not currently promise continuous 24-hour availability.
-
Yes.
A Facility may request coverage or express interest in a particular qualified Contractor, and TVS may offer the Assignment opportunity. The Contractor may accept or decline it before acceptance.
Once a Contractor accepts an Assignment, the accepted Assignment terms and commitments apply.
-
The Facility provides approved access and security requirements appropriate to the Assignment. Contractors must handle confidential information securely.
-
No. Continuous camera-on monitoring for the purpose of ongoing surveillance is not TVS’s standard remote-support model.
Depending on the Assignment, a Contractor may be expected to use video for introductions, orientation, training, team huddles, meetings, or other appropriate collaboration when that expectation is disclosed as part of the Assignment.
