Remote Support & Services

Experienced remote support for the communication, administrative, operational, and clinical-adjacent work that can appropriately be handled away from the Facility.

TVS connects Facilities with qualified independent Contractors based on the work needed, the Contractor’s qualifications and availability, location, applicable requirements, and the agreed Assignment scope.

Remote support does not replace licensed veterinary professionals or hands-on patient care.

Prelaunch information: The services below describe TVS’s planned remote-support model. Relaunch remains pending legal counsel and other applicable professional reviews. Eligible facilities and prospective contractors may submit information for future consideration; paid partnerships and assignments have not been activated.

Planned Assignment Review

Before any future Assignment can begin, it will require individual review and the applicable approvals. TVS considers what the Facility needs, the proposed scope, Contractor qualifications and interest, availability, location and applicable requirements, technology/readiness needs, and current operational capacity.

An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, matching, pricing, timing, coverage, or Contractor availability.

What TVS Does Not Provide

Remote support does not replace on-site clinical care or the authority of appropriately licensed Facility personnel.

  • No independent diagnosis, prescribing, prescription approval, or treatment-plan decisions.

  • No establishment of a veterinarian-client-patient relationship through TVS’s remote-support model.

  • No hands-on patient care or work requiring physical presence.

  • No work outside a Contractor’s credentials, legal authority, Facility rules, or approved Assignment scope.

Responsibilities requiring physical presence remain with the Facility or another appropriate on-site provider.
