Facility Partnership Inquiry

TVS is preparing for relaunch. Our official relaunch remains pending legal counsel and other applicable professional reviews. New paid partnerships are not yet being accepted, and services are not being activated.

Eligible facilities are welcome to submit an inquiry now for future consideration. The Founder will personally review and maintain inquiries and may contact you when further information or next steps become available. Submission does not establish a partnership, reservation, or contractual relationship. No service availability or launch date is guaranteed.

Tell us what support would make the greatest difference for your Facility.

This preliminary inquiry gives TVS the information needed to understand your organization, the work you need help with, your general timing, and whether your Facility may be ready for remote support.

Current physical-Facility launch service is not offered in Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or West Virginia. If your Facility is in one of these states, you may still contact hello@thumper.vet with a general question, but please do not complete the full inquiry at this time.

Submitting this inquiry does not create a service agreement, guarantee acceptance, establish pricing, guarantee Contractor availability, or authorize services to begin.

Please do not include client or patient medical records, passwords, Social Security numbers, banking information, complete payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
